1 What games should i get i know Guitar Hero and Rock Band i dont want to get Halo 3
2 how much is xbox live
3 what type of 360 should i get?

Llama told me to get an elite so it doesn't fry. For games I would look into Gears of War, that crazy RPG one (i forget name, Odyssey or something), there's another where you have this suit with a super boomerang thing. I really wish I remembered the names. Hang on I'll google.

Xbox live is cheaper if you pay the $50 for the year membership.

And just stick with the Xbox Pro.

about $350. If you have access to a PX, I would highly suggest getting it there to save on tax. That's what I did.

If you can possibly manage, get a 360 elite. Aside from a sleek black look, it has improved cooling management and slightly updated chipset to help prevent the RROD. Game-wise, I would definitely check out The Orange Box, Gears of War (and GOW2 when it's released), Mirrors Edge, Bioshock, and Assassins Creed, just to start. All these games are unique in some way and are arguably the best (or possibly the best for those 2 I mentioned that have not yet been released) in terms of rich gameplay and visuals.
